Diplomas and TranscriptsUndergraduate StudentsUndergraduate diplomas and transcripts are sent to the "Diploma Address" furnished on the application for graduation. These are mailed approximately 8-10 weeks after the official graduation date (not the commencement date).
Graduate StudentsDiplomas and a complementary official transcript are mailed to the student approximately six to eight weeks after the official end of the 17-week semester or 8-week summer semester.
