How to Acquire Attire
UW Oshkosh has been recognized as a national leader in campus sustainability. We offer our graduates the options of purchasing environmentally friendly undergraduate attire or reusing attire from friends and family.
Purchase Attire
There are four ways to purchase academic attire:
- At Countdown to Commencement (March 6th)
- At our bookstore, University Books and More (Normal bookstore hours: March 7-May 8)
- Online through University Books & More's website
- By telephone: (920) 424-2381
Make your check payable to University Books & More. Credit cards are also accepted. Your robe will be packaged and may require steaming or pressing. If you receive the wrong color tassel or hood for your degree, you may exchange it at the bookstore or on commencement day in the lower level of Kolf, one-half hour before the ceremony.
Reuse Attire
Graduates may also choose to reuse attire from family and friends who have graduated from UW Oshkosh. All borrowed attire must be approved through University Books and More. Caps, hoods and tassels may be purchased separately. Find out more.
