Gruenhagen Conference Center

Gruenhagen Conference Center at UW Oshkosh welcomes commencement guests. Make the most of your visit to campus with affordable dorm-style lodging conveniently located on our campus. Visit Gruenhagen's website for more information.

A select number of air conditioned rooms are now available upon request in the North Tower. You may reserve a lodging room by contacting Gruenhagen Conference Center at (920) 424-1106 between the hours of 7 a.m. and midnight.

Rooms are just $40/night.  Included in your stay at Gruenhagen is access to our computer resource center, on-site laundry room, on-site recreational room with two pool tables and a large screen television and access to UW Oshkosh and City of Oshkosh resource materials.

Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center

Located in the heart of downtown, the Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel completed an extensive $12 million renovation in April of 2013. Nearly every room has a scenic view of the Fox River and many overlooking picturesque Lake Winnebago in the distance. A single/double room is only $99.99 a night plus tax and for more than two guests, an additional $10 will be added per person.
