Guests with Special Needs

People Who Are Unable to Climb or Sit in Bleachers

Guests who are unable to climb or sit in the bleachers are welcomed to reserve seats in the special seating area (folding chairs on the floor level).

We ask that requests are limited to those who need special accommodations plus up to three additional guests to assist. We understand that this may cause families and guests to be separated during the ceremony and apologize for that inconvenience; however, in order to accommodate the growing number of guests with special needs, we must ask that only those needing special seating utilize those seats.

The deadline for special seating is April 30th, and special seating passes will be mailed in late April.
