Guests with Special Needs

People Who Are Unable to Climb or Sit in Bleachers

Guests who are unable to climb or sit in the bleachers due to health concerns are welcomed to reserve seats in the special seating area (folding chairs on the floor level behind the graduates).

We ask that requests are limited to those who need special accommodations plus up to three additional guests to assist. We understand that this may cause families and guests to be separated during the ceremony and apologize for that inconvenience; however, in order to accommodate the growing number of guests with special needs, we must ask that only those needing special seating utilize those seats.

The deadline for special seating is April 30th, and special seating passes will be sent out in late April.

People Who Are Deaf or Hearing Impaired

A sign language interpreter will be provided at commencement. To request seating in our deaf/hearing impaired section.

Wheelchair Rental

If you, a family member or friend who need the assistance of a wheelchair for the ceremony, we encourage you to rent or bring one to Kolf Sports Center, if possible. Wheelchairs can be rented and delivered directly to Kolf by contacting:

Special Parking

A limited number of parking spaces are available in a section of lot 13 for guests with mobility issues and those with handicap parking passes. To reserve a special parking pass, please use our online form.
