Student Leadership Award

This UW Oshkosh leadership award recognizes undergraduate students who have excelled in both student leadership and academics.

Multiple awards are granted each semester. Please complete the form below to apply. The criteria for selection is:

Must be an undergraduate
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Significant Involvement in at least five different campus and/or community activities

The deadline for submission is Friday, October 11th, 2013.

Criteria

List academic honors/awards you have received
