Diplomas

Undergraduate diplomas and a complementary official transcript are mailed to 8-10 weeks after the official graduation date. If a student's diploma mailing address has changed since the graduation application was filed, the student should contact the appropriate graduation examiner in the Registrar's Office. Changing a home or local address on-line or with the Registrar's Office does not automatically result in a change to the diploma mailing address.

Graduate (Masters) diplomas and a complementary official transcript are mailed to the student approximately six to eight weeks after the official end of the 17-week semester or 8-week summer semester. Changes to the diploma mailing address should be made through the graduate studies office (920.424.1223.)

The official graduation dates for the 2007/2008 academic year are as follows:

Fall 2008 semester: Friday, January 25.
Spring 2008 semester: Friday, June 6.
Summer 2008 semester: Friday, August 8.

Transcripts

Copies of your transcript are available through the registrar's office, Dempsey 130. Requests can also be made through the Titan Web registration system (log on, click on "Academics" then "Request Official Transcript.")
