1. Complete the application for graduation:
2. Apply for graduation awards (deadline: March 21)
3. Contact the commencement office, if you or your guests require special accommodations due to a disability (deadline: April 30)
4. Verify the accuracy of your information on the official commencement list. Check the list for the accurate spelling of your name, hometown and indication of honors.
This list will be available at:
- Countdown to Commencement - Wed., March 19th (recommended)
- Online - Mon. March 31- Fri. April 4
5. Purchase academic attire for ceremony (deadline: May 14)
6. Arrive at Kolf Sports Center (lower level) forty-five minutes prior to the ceremony. Bring your cap and gown but leave your personal items with family or friends.
