Commencement Photos will be sent within 10 days of the ceremony to students' home mailing address (or email address when provided). Contact our official photographer, Gradtrak Images, with questions regarding your photos.
Video DVDs of the ceremony are available for purchase through May 31st. Please use our online form to order.
Undergraduate Diplomas are mailed to undergraduate graduates 8-10 weeks after the official graduation date. You can expect your diploma and a complimentary copy of your official transcript to arrive in the mail in the middle of August. If your diploma mailing address has changed since you filed your graduation application, please be sure to contact your respective degree examiner in the Registrar's Office. Changing your home or local address on-line or with the Registrar's Office does not automatically result in a change in your diploma mailing address.
Graduate (Masters) Diplomas and a complementary official transcript are mailed to the student approximately six to eight weeks after the official end of the 17-week semester or 8-week summer semester. Contact the Graduate Studies office if your diploma mailing address has changed since you filed your graduation application.
