Do you have a story of transformative teaching? Have you experienced a memorable moment during which you or your students came to deeper understanding of critical content or were catapulted into action? One professor shares how a student question - that at first appeared naive - eventually revealed the teacher’s ignorance, leading to a dramatic and powerful re-shaping of the course. Come share your story of a pivotal teaching and learning event in which something shifted significantly. Your brief recollection will be taped, and a follow-up interview may occur. These stories, coupled with students’ experiences of “lights on learning” will be used to create a digital showcase documenting transformative teaching at UW Oshkosh. If you have a story to share, please register for the Provost's Teaching and Learning Summit Event Ten, even if you cannot attend during this time block.
