This is done ONCE a year (every year) and if done in Fall will grandfather over to spring. (Can be done in the summer before the upcoming school year)
Or it can be done in spring but spring admission WILL NOT move over to the following fall semester.
Any Admission may be done in spring only if you are taking a course in the spring semester and NOT in the Fall Semester - How to apply and what information you will need before you begin the admission process
- Admission step - by - step process
After completing the admission on line ONCE A YEAR, the student must also fill out a
Registration
form for every class they are taking and this is done at the beginning
of the semester in which the course is taken.

- Registration Form (fill in) (One must be filled out for each course at the beginning of the semester you are attending the course)
- Registration Form (pdf Fill-in) You will need Adobe Acrobat
Reader 9 to use the pdf fill-in form. This program is free—download the
program by clicking here. (You only need to download it once and it must be
Adobe Reader 9.0 or higher)
Save the on-line form to your desktop (If you complete the form without saving it to your desktop first, the form will be blank when you reopen it.)
To complete the form, Open Acrobat Reader 9.0 through Start - Programs, Once Reader 9.0 is open, click on file, open, locate your form on the desktop. You will be able to fill in the fields on the form, and save the form. When you re-open the form; the data you had entered will remain.
