      • Save the on-line form to your desktop (If you complete the form without saving it to your desktop first, the form will be blank when you reopen it.)

To complete the form, Open Acrobat Reader 9.0 through Start - Programs, Once Reader 9.0 is  open, click on file, open, locate your form on the desktop.  You will be able to fill in the fields on the form, and save the form.  When you re-open the form;  the data you had entered will remain.

Resources

  •  English
    • Applications for the CAPP program are made to the CAPP Program Director. Prior to submitting the formal application, all prospective instructors are invited to contact the Douglas Haynes, Director of Advanced Composition, or the Chair of the Department of English (Ron Rindo) for information on the application.

Site visits with Department of English liaison faculty may be arranged to answer questions. CAPP courses are college-level courses, so we will use the same criteria to evaluate proposals from prospective instructors of these courses as we use to hire faculty to teach courses on the UW Oshkosh campus.
