Teach Food SENCER Regional Meeting (Seeking Proposals)
The Teach Food SENCER Regional Meeting will be co-hosted by Wisconsin Campus Compact and the SENCER Midwest Regional Center for Innovation on April 23 & 24 in Madison, Wis.
The conference will feature models of courses and projects that have used current food issues as the context for delivering instruction – particularly in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines, though other disciplines are welcome as well. Workshops will also be presented on designing courses that deliver STEM (and other) instruction within the context of complex and compelling social issues. Proposals for presentations and posters for this event are being accepted through Friday, March 26. Registration is open until April 9.
