With 35 majors spanning the sciences, arts, humanities and social sciences, the College of Letters and Science (COLS) is the largest and most diverse college at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Through a multifaceted liberal arts education, students are exposed to a broad spectrum of knowledge about human experience and the natural world. Transcending preparation for specific careers, COLS prepares students with communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for success in today's society.

Dr. Laurence Carlin Beyond Classroom Walls is happy to feature the new Spotlight story Dr. Laurence Carlin, one of two COLS professors featured in the current issue of Endeavors, a magazine dedicated to recognizing the professional accomplishments of the faculty and instructional academic staff at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. World Premiere Production of UW Oshkosh Resident Playwright's My Soldiers

Eastern University Theatre presents My Soldiers, a new play by critically acclaimed UW Oshkosh resident playwright Richard Kalinoski, directed and developed by Mark Hallen, Eastern Director of Theatre. My Soldiers opens on Veterans' Day, November 11, and runs through November 14 with evening performances at 8 p.m. and a matinee performance on November 15 at 3 p.m. All performances will be held in McInnis Auditorium on the Eastern University Campus at 1300 Eagle Road in St. Davids, PA.
