With 35 majors spanning the sciences, arts, humanities and social sciences, the College of Letters and Science (COLS) is the largest and most diverse college at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Through a multifaceted liberal arts education, students are exposed to a broad spectrum of knowledge about human experience and the natural world. Transcending preparation for specific careers, COLS prepares students with communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for success in today's society.

Field Trip Fund benefits geology students

While most scholarships established with the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Foundation benefit one or two students per year, the Jones/LaBerge Geology Field Trip Fund supports field trips for several classes full of students every semester.
