- Evaluation of UWOshkosh transcript (includes credit evaluation of all course work completed prior to application)
- GPA for the prerequisite courses

Second Round:
- Upon successful completion of First Round, online interview via email, responses evaluated by Admissions Committee
- Review of resume and letters of reference
Third Round:
- Telephone interview by the Admissions Committee of select applicants.
Objective factors which “strengthen” an application include:
- Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant=
- Completion of all prerequisite coursework
- GPA
A faculty panel evaluates applicants’ performance on all three rounds of admission screening. A maximum of 26 qualified applicants are offered admission to each cohort. Any remaining, qualified applicants are placed on a wait list. Wait list applicants are offered admission if one or more of the first 26 decline the offer of admission. The wait list remains in effect until the program start date after which applicants on the wait list are welcome to re-apply for the next cohort. Applicants for the May cohort are notified by the end of January; applicants for the October cohort are notified by the end of June.
