ENTIRELY ONLINE, this graduate program is the first of its kind offered by a major public university system and prepares graduates to provide leadership in human service agencies and nonprofit organizations at the regional, state, national, international, transnational level.
As organizations continue to transform or redesign themselves in the context of a multicultural and globalized world, they are seeing the value of internationally-minded and local focused leaders. Most leadership positions require an ability to supervise a diverse workforce. Therefore, a global mindset is important for a leader at both the local and international levels.

Within the vision of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and the College of Education and Human Services, the Master of Science in Transnational Human Services Leadership program will produce internationally-minded and locally engaged leaders that create positive transformative changes in human services agencies, non-government organizations, communities, and societies worldwide.
The Master of Science in Transnational Human Services Leadership program aims to develop skills, knowledge, and attitudes within participants that will allow them to lead and manage productively and ethically human services agencies and non-government organizations at the national, international, and transnational level.
