College of Education and Human Services
Since its inception as a teacher-training school in 1871, UW Oshkosh has long been recognized as a leader in education. Boasting over 200 Herb Kohl Fellowship Award recipients as alumni, the College of Education and Human Services prides itself on producing the best teachers in the state. Quality courses and hands-on experience play an integral role in preparing students to become leading educators, human services professionals and counselors.
Undergraduate students are offered programs in Elementary Education, English as a Second Language, Human Services, Special Education and Secondary Education. Graduate students can choose from over 30 master’s degree, certificate or licensure programs in various disciplines, from Reading Education to Educational Leadership.
