Reading Education Graduate Programs
Nationally and internationally accredited, the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s graduate programs in reading education are taught by nationally-known faculty in small class sizes. UW Oshkosh offers a Graduate Achievement Program and three degree programs for achieving a Master of Science in Education (MSE) – Reading Education. All MSE programs can be completed within two years.

Graduate Achievement Program (GAP)
The Department of Reading Education’s GAP program enables master’s degree-holding teachers desiring personal enrichment and career achievement to obtain specialized certification in reading education.
Bilingual Reading Teacher Certificate Program
This program enables students who hold or are working toward a bilingual teaching license to work more effectively with English language learners in their schools. Upon completion, students are eligible to apply for a 316 Reading Teacher License and a 316 Bilingual Reading Teacher Certificate.
