Charlotte H. McEssy
Established in 1992 by Charlotte H. McEssy. Mrs. McEssy received a bachelor of science degree in upper elementary education and master of science degrees in elementary education and reading from UW Oshkosh. A former reading specialist and elementary principal, Mrs. McEssy recognizes the importance of education in achieving success.
Who Can Apply?
- Part- or full-time graduate students pursuing the MSE in Reading Education currently enrolled for Spring '09 and planning enrollment in courses for upcoming Fall semester (2009)
- Grade point average of 3.0 or higher
