I have three years teaching elementary physical education, two years teaching K-12 physical education for individuals with significant emotional and behavioral needs, as well as nine years at the post-secondary level. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a Master of Science in Physical Education Pedagogy with an emphasis in Adventure education. I currently also teach physical education at Waterwood School at Winnebago Mental Health Institute.  I enjoy practicing what I preach by teaching students with mental health disorders physical education.  At Waterwood I teach PreK-12 general physical education, freshmen Fitness for Life, Climbing for Fun, and am a facilitator on their ropes course.

In 2007 I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science in Education. I am certified to teach prek-12 physical education, adapted physical education, as well as coaching athletics.
