Determining Your Eligibility
The complete list of COEHS scholarships is available here. Click the "Learn more..." link at the bottom of the scholarships' short descriptions to view their eligibility criteria. Some undergraduate scholarships require Admission I, Admission II, a certain number of credits completed, or a specific classification. To determine your eligibility, please access your STAR report and refer to the guide below.

Freshman 0-29 credits
Sophomore 30-59 credits
Junior 60-89 credits
Senior 90+ credits
Admission I:

at least 40 credits completed

admitted to the licensure program through a portfolio review
Admission II:

all undergraduate course work completed

3.0 GPA in:

cumulative

major
-
minor
-
education courses

positive recommendation from clinical experience

passing PRAXIS II scores

all human relations hours completed
Applying for Scholarships
You are encouraged to apply for all scholarships for which you are eligible. A student can be awarded more than one scholarship per academic year.
In an effort to become increasingly sustainable, the Curriculum and Instruction Department is now using an online scholarship application form. When you complete the form, you will have an opportunity to upload electronic copies of your supporting documents:

Financial Aid award letter (or a letter indicating why you did not receive financial aid)
Any documents you are not able to submit electronically may be delivered to the Curriculum and Instruction Department office (Nursing/Education 208) or mailed to:

Letters of recommendations may be delivered in a sealed envelope or mailed to the address above, or they may be submitted via email to candi@uwosh.edu.
