Congratulations! You are close to finishing your Education degree from UW Oshkosh, and now it is time to make it official with a teaching license.
This page includes information about how to obtain a teaching license for the state of Wisconsin. If you plan to leave the state, please note that you will need to obtain a license from that state to teach. Click HERE to review the "How to Apply for a Teaching License" through UW Oshkosh.
To be a licensed teacher you must complete an approved teacher education program, and you must apply to a state licensing agency for that license. Applications for Wisconsin initial educator licenses are available online.
Your $100 licensing fee must be attached. You may pay by check, money order, or credit card.
Add-on Licensure opportunities are available through the UW Oshkosh EXCEL Center.
