Graduate Program
UW Oshkosh's graduate program in curriculum and instruction provides licensed PK-12 teachers the opportunity to further develop expertise in teaching children and adolescents. The Master of Science in Education (MSE) in Curriculum and Instruction degree program offers a quality degree with the convenience of evening, summer and distance education courses. The program is offered in two formats. The seminar plan (30 credits) requires taking the seminar in curriculum and instruction course, or a thesis plan (30 credits) requires completing a thesis. All emphasis areas meet national/state content and teaching standards and mandates. The program also allows for extended licensure opportunities for special and regular education teachers in the areas of ESL, Bilingual Education-Spanish and Bilingual Education-Hmong.
