2012 Conference Highlights and Materials
The 2012 "Planting the Seeds of Inclusion" conference began with by presenting Phil Marshall, principal at Emmeline Cook Elementary School in Oshkosh, the Inclusion Partnership Award and UW Oshkosh’s Billie Jo Rylance, professor emeritus, department of special education, the Special Education Outstanding Service Award.
