Hortonville Visit
Bill Prijic, District Administrator of the Hortonville Area School District, was visited on June 14, 2010.

During out time together, we talked with Bill a bit about issues
school districts are facing due to reduced state funding In addition, we
talked about:

The EXCEL Center’s Add-on Licensure program, which can provide the district’s teachers with the opportunity to obtain licenses in additional subjects.

Cooperating teachers who work with students from the College of Education and Human Services must complete a course in supervision of student teachers. This course is available in online, hybrid and face-to-face formats.

The need to continue to review math and other curriculum areas through the COEHS/K-12 Advisory Council.
