Rowland Scholarship
The Rowland Scholarship is awarded to a second semester freshman woman majoring in Physical Education Teacher Preparation. Applications may be obtained in the Department of Human Kinetics and Health Education.
To be considered, a student must have:

A 2.75 GPA during the freshman year and each semester thereafter prior to the awarding of the scholarship for a succeeding semester

An interest in and the ability to promote the field of physical education through extracurricular activities
