N. Peter and Ruth Nelson Scholarship

Criteria:

• Junior or senior standing

• 3.5 overall GPA

• 3.5 GPA in education

• Recommendation from methods instructor

• Recommendation from academic department

• Applicant may be full-time or part-time student

• Participation in athletics cannot be considered in the selection process, based on NCAA Division III guidelines.

Selection:

• Applications for this scholarship are available in the Curriculum and Instruction Department, College of Education and Human Services.

• Final selection will be made by a committee named by the Dean of the College of Education and Human Services.

The Award:

• The value and/or number of scholarships will be determined annually by the committee with the UW Oshkosh Foundation and will be based upon income available for this purpose.

• The award will be held at the Cashier’s Office for payment against the fall semester tuition.
