Lanore A. Netzer Scholarship

Application

Criteria:

• Recipients must be admitted to the College of Education and Human Services and/or the Graduate School in Education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Only students majoring in teacher education will be considered.

• Primary consideration will be given to applicants who are upper class undergraduate or graduate students.

• Applicants may be full-time or part-time students

• Academic performance and financial need are to be considered. (Participation in athletics can not be considered in the selection process, based on NCAA Division III guidelines)

Selection:

• Applications for this scholarship are available in the Curriculum and Instruction Department, College of Education and Human Services.

• Final selection will be made by a committee named by the Dean of the College of Education and Human Services.

The Award:

• The value and/or number of scholarships will be determined annually by the committee with the UW Oshkosh Foundation and will be based upon income available for this purpose.

• Half of the award will be held at the Cashier’s Office each semester for payment against that semester’s tuition.
