2008 Hot Topics in Literacy Conference

Another successful Hot Topics in Literacy Conference, sponsored by the Reading Education Department and the College of Education and Human Services, was held on October 11, 2008, at Reeve Union. The keynote speaker was Dr. Jan Strop from Cardinal Stritch University, and many of the presenters were COEHS alums or current students in the Reading Education Masters’ Degree program. Our special thanks to all who participated and made this year’s annual conference another exciting opportunity for professional development.
