ESTRELLA II receives $393,124 for year two of five-year grant
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh has received $393,124 for the second year of a five-year, $1.9 million grant from the United States Department of Education under the English Language Acquisition: National Professional Development Program for ESTRELLA II: Excellent Schools, Teaching and Research for English Language Learner Achievement.
