Brief Bio
I graduated from UW Oshkosh in 1985 with a BS and Silver Lake College in 1996 with a MS. I have been teaching various classes in health promotion, health education and exercise science for the past 6 years at UW Oshkosh. I am also a licensed athletic trainer and a nationally and state certified massage therapist.
