Brief Bio:
My philosophy of teaching is I believe all students can learn. The methods must be adjusted to provide the environment for learning. I have taught middle school math for 27 years. As a teacher I provided the students with many hands on experiences to help them understand the math concepts. I found this to be very successful when the students came to my Learning Center for help and the concepts I taught in 8th grade were well understood. University students are also guided to find meaning to the knowledge they are obtaining. They see how the new knowledge fits with the previous knowledge.
