Sugrue, Lisa

Ad Hoc Instructor

Master of Science in Reading Education  University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, 1998

Areas of Expertise:

  • Reading
  • Literacy

Brief Bio:

I love teaching literacy! I currently work with 7th graders, and enjoy their abstract level of reasoning and how they throw their personality into everything they do. I have worked with students from first grade through post secondary, and each level offers unique insights into the reading and writing process. I believe kids learn to read and write by actually reading and writing, and I try to offer ample opportunity to do so.
