Brief Bio:
I Retired from the Winnebago Mental Health Facility after 30 years as a therapist working with forensic (criminally insane) patients and sexual predators. I was in the military for three years, Army Special Ops, two of those three years spent in Northern Viet Nam. Honorable Discharge, Sgt E-5.
I provide training for school systems who have indoor or outdoor ropes courses and/or climbing walls. All training follows the ACCT(Association for Challenge Course Technology) Standards. This Includes belay training. I also provide group therapy using the Winnebago Mental Health Institute Ropes Course as the vehicle for changing behavior and increasing self worth and team work.
The other hat I wear is that I am a EMS- First Responder for the Wisconsin Technical Rescue Operations Team (WTROT) and have been deployed to such places as New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina , and South Texas during Hurricane Wilma.
