On October 22, 2008, elementary education teachers Jen Kouba MS ’08, and Bee Vang ’96, MSE ’99, were Professors for a Day. Professor for a Day honors alumni who have contributed significantly to PK-12 education since completing their program with the college. This annual event provides an opportunity for the “professors for a day” to connect with current students to encourage them and offer an in-the-field perspective on the teaching profession.
