Center for Economic and Financial Literacy Education
Celebrating more than 30 years of economic and financial literacy education programming for school districts, teachers, and K-12 students in East Central Wisconsin.
The Mission of the UW Oshkosh Center for Economic and Financial Literacy Education is to improve the quality and expand the reach of economic, financial literacy and entrepreneurship education in the K-12 schools of East-Central Wisconsin. We strive to achieve this goal by providing educators with high-quality classes and workshops that increase their knowledge and understanding of economics and financial literacy, by demonstrating the best practices for teaching these concepts to their students and by providing access to the best curriculum materials available.
The Center, supported by the UWO College of Education and Human Services, is one of eight Wisconsin Centers for Economic Education, and is affiliated with EconomicsWisconsin and the (National) Council for Economic Education.
