This emphasis will provide students with knowledge of the financing, ownership, use, management, control, valuation, disposition and legal aspects of real estate.

Business: BUSINESS 326
Plus any two of the following Business: BUSINESS 321*, FINANCE 320**
Urban and Planning: URB/PLNG 300, 317, BUSINESS 320, MHR 385
* For accounting majors only, BUSINESS 321 may not count as part of the real estate emphasis; rather BUSINESS 422 may be used as a substitute elective for the emphasis
** This course cannot count or both a finance major and a real estate emphasis
