The UW Oshkosh Small Business Development Center is staffed by experienced business professionals who work with the management of both established and start-up businesses.
Established Businesses
Business owners are constantly presented with new opportunities and challenges. We can provide a wide range of assistance from helping develop effective marketing strategies to securing needed financing. We can also assist you with the issues associated with the sale or purchase of a business.
The UW Oshkosh Small business Development Center is one of the certified PROBE (PROmoting Business Excellence) facilitators for the Oshkosh SBDC area. Our SBDC director Colleen Merrill will help to guide your company's staff through a comprehensive performance review. Our staff can work with you to overcome your specific challenges, whether they're related to financing, marketing or recruiting the talent needed to successfully launch your company. We can also assist you in developing a business plan that provides a “road map” for future growth and expansion.
New Products & Services
Have you developed a new product or service, and don't know the best way to commercialize it? Our new Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation can assist you in developing strategies for attracting the investment capital and management team you need to successfully bring your product or service to market.
