John Winkler, WSBDC Business Counselor
Funded by the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010, John serves the northeast and north central Wisconsin districts of the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center Network. He has over twelve years of recent experience in owning and managing a small manufacturing business. Among his specialties are securing financing for business growth and expansion, and strategic planning . His background also includes a number of years of management experience with a Fortune 500 company.

Funded by a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Tom specializes in assisting people who are thinking about starting a business for the first time. He has over eleven years of recent experience managing his own start-up business, and is currently a graduate student at the UW Oshkosh College of Business.

In addition to having taught operations and strategic management courses for several years, Mark has over thirty years of business experience with both medium and large enterprises. Among his specialties are improving marketing, sales and business development, and international trade. His background also includes a number of years experience in sales and marketing for Fortune 500 companies.
Andrew Stephany, Marketing Research Intern
A senior in the UW Oshkosh College of Business, Andrew assists the professional staff in conducting business feasibility studies and market assessments for a wide range of center clients, including small and medium enterprises, and economic development organizations in the New North region of northeast Wisconsin.
