About Us

The UW Oshkosh Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and its affiliated Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) are working to create and maintain a dynamic entrepreneurial environment in Northeast Wisconsin

The SBDC employs a staff of experienced business professionals who provide free counseling services to companies with up to 500 employees. Through our new Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, we also provide entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial companies with research services and entrepreneurship education programs. along with access to the resources of the faculty, staff and students of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business.

Partnerships & Collaborations

The UW Oshkosh Small Business Development Center is a collaboration of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the University of Wisconsin-Extension.WSBDC Network Logo

The UW Oshkosh SBDC is also one of twelve campus assistance centers and three specialty centers that make up the Wisconsin Small Business Development Center Network which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2010. That network, along with the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs' Network, is part of  the University of Wisconsin-Extension's Division of Entrepreneurship & Economic Development.

To promote entrepreneurship in Northeast Wisconsin, the UW Oshkosh SBDC also partners with external organizations including economic development organizations and other business service providers.
