First Annual NEW Collaboration

Attend this one-day conference (walk-ins on Nov 20 will be accepted) for firms interested in sourcing from, exporting to, or collaborating with firms in the rapidly expanding markets of Latin America, with a special emphasis on the Andean Region in South America.

  • Learn about the fast-growing economies of Peru and Columbia

  • Learn about business culture in the countries of such as Mexico and Ecuador

  • Learn about businesses that have used Mexico as a launching point for expansion into the Latin American market

  • Case studies of successful partnerships, exporters, or importers

  • Learn about cultural issues in managing a supply chain across countries

  • Learn where to go for additional help

  • Receive free country profiles for Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela

  • Hear from the student who wrote a business plan presented at the XII Convencion Nacional Camara Peruana del Cafe y Cacao and a student who interned for a major South American supply chain management company

The conference is being sponsored by UW Oshkosh College of Business with funds from a national Business International Education Grant, U.S. Department of Education.
