2015 Outstanding MBA Consortium Faculty Recipient

Bryan Lilly, Ph.D., UW Oshkosh Professor, has been recognized as a 2015 Outstanding Faculty recipient through the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium Program. Bryan teaches marketing courses for the UW Oshkosh undergraduate and graduate programs in addition to teaching MBA Consortium courses.

The University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium is a partnership between four AACSB accredited business schools within the University of Wisconsin System including UW Oshkosh, UW Eau Claire, UW La Crosse and UW Parkside. Faculty from the four universities partner to provide instruction for the online MBA Consortium courses. Consortium courses are also offered to UW Oshkosh students in the form of elective credits.

In October 2015, MBA Consortium students were surveyed to discover who they thought were outstanding instructors in the UW MBA Consortium program. Students selected Bryan Lilly for Foundation Courses, Fred Kolb from UW Eau Claire for Elective Courses and Sue Norton from UW Parkside for Module Courses.

Bryan teaches the Statistical Analysis Foundation course for the MBA Consortium program. The course design is a case-based model, allowing students to apply statistical concepts in scenarios based on real-world applications. Bryan’s teaching style, combined with this course design, have been well received by students, leading to this significant recognition.

Congratulations Bryan! Well deserved!
