Submit a non-refundable application fee of $56 payable to UW Oshkosh. The application fee can be paid online by credit card during the application submission process.
Send official transcripts (undergraduate and graduate) directly to the Office of Graduate Studies, UW Oshkosh, 800 Algoma Blvd., Dempsey Hall Rm 337, Oshkosh, WI, 54901-8621.
Email current professional resume and personal essay to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your personal essay should be single-spaced and no longer than two pages, describing:
Reason for pursuing a MBA degree: What is your career objective and how will the UW Oshkosh Executive MBA contribute to that objective?
Impact it will have on both your short- and long-term career goals: Provide an example of your leadership in a project, initiative or business strategy. Cite details of what you did, how you did it and what you accomplished.
Value you will bring to the classroom: Your success in the program is dependent upon the strengths you bring to your cohort group. What are your greatest strengths that you will bring into your group?
Email two letters of recommendation from the following individuals to email@example.com:
Senior leader within your organization. This may be your manager or another within the company.
Another individual with whom you've worked closely. This may be in your current organization or with a previous employer and could include another manager, a senior executive, co-worker, customer, client or volunteer organization.
Admission to the UW Oshkosh Executive MBA Path is based on a multitude of factors and will be evaluated holistically.
-- All applicants will be considered regardless of grades or levels of academic achievement.
A minimum of eight years of professional work experience is required, with at least five years of management experience desired.
-- Exceptional candidates not meeting those minimums, but who are currently in a senior leadership role within their organization will be considered.
An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university is required.
