Welcome Rebecca Loehr, MBA Marketing & Event Specialist
Rebecca (Becky) Loehr has joined us as a marketing and event specialist. While Becky is new to our office, she is not new to the University. She is a graduate of UW Oshkosh with a major in speech communication and a minor in business administration. While on campus she was involved in the marketing club where she was vice president of promotions. She is currently also an alumni speaker.
Becky joins us from Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company where she was a corporate and industry events specialist. There she planned events such as national sales conferences, board of directors’ meetings, employee and industry events. In addition she worked on marketing communications and promotional plans such as event websites, logos, branded gifts, signage and surveys.
As we grow and expand our part-time (Professional) MBA and promote and recruit for our new weekend (Executive) MBA, Becky will be instrumental in developing enhanced marketing materials, promotional and social media campaigns. She will also plan and coordinate all events including orientations, banquets, information sessions and Professional Development Seminars.
