Explore how to create change by releasing creative energies and shaping the organization’s future. Develop the skills to assimilate and absorb change and to be more resilient when it occurs. Understand how to manage and be sensitive to resistance that some people demonstrate during change. About the speaker: Dr. Tony Herrera

Dr. Tony Herrera is a resourceful and people-oriented professional with more than 25 years of global leadership and organizational development experience in a wide variety of industries. Tony currently serves as the Director of Partner Development for Schreiber Foods, Inc. Prior to this he served as Regional Learning Officer for Pfizer, Inc. based in New York City, NY. During this time he was responsible for the learning and development strategy in Asia and Latin America for over 15,000 leaders. Tony has also previously worked for Boeing, 3Com and Merck.
