This workshop focuses on developing effective managerial coaching skills and is centered on a coaching model developed by Dr. Doug Killough called the EDGE Framework. The EDGE Framework is well grounded in adult learning theory and has strong practical application in a wide variety of realworld settings. The components of the EDGE acronym include: Encourage Receptivity, Diagnose the Situation, Goals and Accountabilities and Experience and Reflection. This workshop has entertainment value and the concepts covered have proven to be game-changers for numerous leaders.

About the speaker: Dr. Doug Killough
Dr. Doug Killough is a seasoned professional with expertise in organizational and leadership development and has served in leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources at Credit Suisse and Chief Talent Officer of the Perot Group. He has also lived and worked in diverse locations including: Japan, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Alaska, and New York. Now, Doug drives succession management and organizational development activities at Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he also serves as a faculty member and facilitator for key leadership development programs.
Doug holds a master of arts and a doctorate degree from Columbia University and has a bachelor of arts from Brigham Young University – Hawaii. Doug also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is fluent in Japanese. Doug and his wife, Naomi, live in Ledgeview, Wisconsin with their three children: Meg, Jacquie, and Kip.
