Estimated tuition prices, along with the refund schedule, are listed on the class detail pages for each semester. The class detail pages can be accessed by clicking on "Current Students" in the gray bar on the left side of this page - then click on "Class Schedules" and the appropriate semester class details link.  Tuition balances are scheduled to be calculated approximately two weeks before the start of the semester. If you register for a course after e-bills have been generated, you are responsible for all course fees. You can access your tuition amount due through your student account on TitanWeb.

For all courses (7-week and 14-week), full payment is due by the Spring 2013 Tuition due date of February 8, 2013. If you choose not to pay your tuition amount in full, you can fill out the Partial Payment form on the Student Accounts website and pay 10% of the total balance by the tuition due date. (This form only needs to be completed one time no matter how many semesters you attend.) The remaining balance will then be split into two equal payments, with the first due in 30 days and the final payment in 60 days from the semester due date.  Any outstanding balance is subject to a 1% administrative fee assessed on the remaining balance. Paying the bill in full by the due date will assure that the 1% administrative fee will not be added to the next bill. Students who do not receive an e-bill are still responsible for having either full or partial (10%) payment to the Cashier's Office by 3:00 p.m. on February 8, 2013. Costs incurred after the due date are due in 5 business days, or if on the partial payment plan, will be added to your next required payment.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES: A late payment charge may be assessed if payment of fees is not received by February 8, 2013. Payments received after this date may result in withdrawal of courses and/or an assessment for administrative costs up to $75. Withdrawal refers only to your registration -- the amount owed may still be due.
