Parking Permit
UW Oshkosh Students
Complete the entire form and your permit will be processed. Permits are mailed twice weekly prior to the start of class. After class begins you have the option of having the permit mailed or you may pick up the permit from our office in Sage Hall, Suite 1410.
NOTE: There are 2 forms: one for car, truck, van parking permits and one for motorcycle parking permits. If you need both permits you need to complete both forms. A password is required to access the parking permit request forms. The password can be obtained in the D2L MBA Student Information site, or you can e-mail rappt@uwosh.edu to request the password.

After you receive your permit, if you decide you no longer need it, please return the permit so we can receive the appropriate refund from our Parking Services Office. Return the unused permit to:

Green Bay Students
A parking permit is not required to park in the Main Street Parking Ramp across from the Green Bay MBA Education Center/ Hyatt Hotel. Parking is free in the parking ramp after 6:00 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday. If you are attending evening classes, you will need to remove the parking ticket from the gate at the entrance when you arrive but no attendant is available to collect fees after 6:00 p.m. Please do not park in the Hyatt Hotel parking lot which is reserved for hotel guests only as you may be towed.
Stevens Point Students
Parking Lots E and R can be used without a permit IF you get to campus after 5:00 p.m. Or you may purchase a parking permit from the UWSP Parking Office (www.uwsp.edu/parking) or call 715-346-3900) and send us a copy of your receipt with your signature and student ID at the bottom. The purchase price of your permit will be applied to your UW Oshkosh student account.
