All Business Majors

Finance Majors Only

Preference will be given to students who have completed one term in the program. Award winner(s) must be enrolled in BUS 438 during the Fall semester to receive funds. |

Spring Semester

Also NEW THIS SEMESTER: All scholarship recipients are expected to attend the Undergraduate Honors and Awards Banquet on Sunday, April 22, 2012 so that they may meet with their scholarship donor(s). Recipients who choose NOT to attend will lose their scholarship.
Print and complete the application which can be found HERE. Attach a copy of your STAR report which includes your Fall 2011 semester grades. Submit all materials to the College of Business, Sage Hall Suite 1608 no later than Friday, February 17, 2012, unless otherwise noted. Paper copies of the application are available in Sage 1608.

Applicants for this scholarship must be full-time undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh who have achieved junior or senior status before receiving the award. (An exception will be made regarding the full-time status if something happens beyond the control of the recipient.) Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants must have shown leadership or involvement in extra-curricular activities. Applicants must have an interest in or connection to family business. Applicants must be enrolled in the upcoming Fall semester at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Financial need may be considered by the selection committee. The selection committee may choose to interview candidates. The application, which can be found HERE, (with current STAR report attached) is due February 17, 2012 to the WFBF office in Sage Hall Suite 1614D. |

| Sales and Marketing Professionals of Northeast Wisconsin (SMPNEW) | 3.3 | $500 | Awards will be based mainly on the breadth and depth of professional development experiences related to marketing, (particularly experiences that demonstrate initiative and leadership), academic performance, and other scholarships received. Applicants may self-apply or be nominated by other students/faculty, and must have progressed through some upper-level marketing coursework. Involvement in the marketing club will be considered but is not required, and preference may be given to students graduating after the current semester. Beyond the monetary scholarship, SMPNEW will award Recognition Certificates to students who possess very strong applications. |
