Background
Kathy earned her MBA and BA in marketing and organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. As the MBA Program Director she manages all aspects of the program including strategic development, improvement, enrollment growth, administration, operations, marketing, communications and promotion. She works closely with regional business executives to develop premier programs that meet the needs of current and potential business leaders, enhancing the growth, visibility and recognition of the program.
Prior to joining UW-Oshkosh, she worked for over 15 years in business, leading marketing and communications departments for large organizations including UnitedHealth Group and RR Donnelley.
She has lead business training and seminars on sales strategies, branding, marketing, entrepreneurship, internal and external communication and social media strategies.
Personal Interests
Kathy is married and has three adult daughters. She enjoys travel, reading and creative writing.
